[PATCH] smartctl.8: Fix documentation of the -q option

The documentation announces two options for -q, but then lists three.
I suppose there used to be only two, and the sentence was not updated
when a third option was added. Remove the reference to the number of
options, as it isn't really needed, to avoid similar inconsistency in
the future.

Indeed - third option 'noserial' was added July 2007 (r2417).
